All our wigs are custom handmade with your specific measurements for a secure and comfortable fit. Our wigs are made using a mesh wig cap, with adjustable straps and an elastic band added for extra security.

Lace frontals - measure from ear to ear (typically 13x4 or 13x 6). Lace closure covers the parting area only (typically sized 4×4, 5×5 or 6×6). Lace frontals allow more versatility due to the customization and the dimensions but are very high maintenance due to the methods used to create a realistic look. However, lace closure "mini frontal" wigs are becoming more popular as they offer more versatility and provide a more realistic look than a standard lace closure, without the maintenance of a lace frontal.

You want to match the lace color with your scalp complexion not your skin tone. This is because when you part the unit, you want it to appear as your natural scalp color. Transparent lace is not recommended for brown or darker skin tones and will look ashy against the skin as it blends perfectly if you are of a fairer complexion. In the same way that brown lace blends perfectly with brown skin tones and doesn't blend well if you are light or fair skinned. Please contact us if you are unsure of which colour to choose.

All our units are custom made – no matter the style. ​ Create your own personal unit that compliments your individual unique style. Customize your own unit from start to finish, from hair type to cut and colour.

Send in your bundles and closure/frontal for us to construct a wig of your choice by simply selecting the wig type and custom color (optional) of your choice. Please ensure your hair is washed, conditioned and thoroughly dried before sending. If the hair is unclean upon receipt, you may be charged an additional fee. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide address details for you to either post or drop off your hair. For custom colour requests, we have a right to refuse service if your hair doesn't pass our quality checks. Please note all our wigs are handmade and take 10-14 days to be shipped out. If you require an expedited service, please contact us as we may be able to accomodate this with our express service.
